WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. Declares 15th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
May 16, 2017 11:55 AM EDTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WFBI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on July 3, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 12, 2017. The dividend payout will be approximately $906,000 on 12.9 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. This represents the Companys 15th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
