(GSV Capital or the Company) (Nasdaq: GSVC) today announced financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. Net assets totaled approximately $192.1 million, or $8.66 per share, at December 31, 2016, as compared to $10.08 per share at September 30, 2016 and $12.08 per share at December 31, 2015.Â
