J.Jill Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
March 8, 2017 6:08 PM ESTQUINCY, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- J.Jill, a leading omni-channel, nationally recognized womens apparel brand, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 11,666,667 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $13.00 per share. J.Jills shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on March 9, 2017 under the ticker JILL. In addition, an existing stockholder has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,750,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
