Cemtrex Declares Annual Dividend on Common Stock and Results of Annual Shareholder Meeting
March 7, 2017 8:40 AM ESTFARMINGDALE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cemtrex, Inc. (NasdaqCM: CETX, CETXP, CETXW), a global diversified industrial and manufacturing company, today announced that at the companys 2017 Annual General Meeting, held on Monday, March 6, 2017 at the Holiday Inn in Plainview, New York, the company's shareholders approved an annual dividend of $0.02 per share on the Company's common stock. The new dividend will be payable on April 19, 2017 to holders of record of the common stock at the close of business on March 31, 2017.
