Methanex Announces a 5% Share Repurchase Program
March 6, 2017 8:31 AM ESTVANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA -- (Marketwired) -- 03/06/17 -- Methanex Corporation (the "Company") (TSX: MX) (NASDAQ: MEOH) announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a Normal Course Issuer Bid ("NCIB") whereby the Company will purchase for cancellation up to 4,492,141 common shares ("Shares"), representing approximately 5% of the 89,842,838 Shares issued and outstanding.
