Toll Brothers (TOL) Tops Q1 EPS by 6c, Raises Delivery Guidance
February 22, 2017 5:33 AM ESTToll Brothers (NYSE: TOL) reported Q1 EPS of $0.42, $0.06 better than the analyst estimate of $0.36. Revenue for the quarter came in at $920.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $902.49 million.
FY 2017 First Quarter Financial Highlights:
FY 2017s first quarter net income was $70.4 million and earnings per share were $0.42 per share diluted, compared to net income of $73.2 million and $0.40 per share diluted in FY 2016s first quarter. Pre-tax income was $109.8 million, compared to pre-tax income of $116.8 million in FY 2016s first quarter.
