Choice Hotels International Reports A 10 Percent Increase In Fourth Quarter Diluted Earnings Per Share
February 15, 2017 5:09 PM ESTROCKVILLE, Md., Feb. 15, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Choice Hotels International, Inc. (NYSE: CHH) today reported its results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2016. Net income for the fourth quarter of 2016 was $31.8 million or $0.56 per diluted share, compared with $29.2 million or $0.51 per diluted share for the fourth quarter of 2015. Fourth quarter adjusted earnings before income taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) was $56.0 million, compared with $50.6 million in the prior year, an increase of 11 percent.
