Express Scripts Announces 2016 Fourth Quarter and Full Year Results

LOUIS, Feb. 14, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Express Scripts Holding Company (Nasdaq: ESRX) announced 2016 fourth quarter and full year net income of $1,434.7 million and $3,404.4 million, respectively, or $2.34 and $5.39 per diluted share, respectively. 2016 fourth quarter and full year adjusted earnings per diluted share, as detailed in Table 4, was $1.88 and $6.39, respectively.1
