Post Holdings Announces Commencement of Senior Notes Offerings
February 6, 2017 7:25 AM ESTST. LOUIS, Feb. 06, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Post Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: POST) (the Company or Post) today announced it intends to commence a private offering to eligible purchasers, subject to market and other conditions, of $1,500.0 million in aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2025 and senior notes due 2027 (collectively, the Notes). The Notes will be unsecured unsubordinated obligations of the Company and will be guaranteed by the Companys domestic subsidiaries.
