Kimbell Royalty Partners Launches Initial Public Offering
January 25, 2017 8:20 AM ESTFORT WORTH, Texas, Jan. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Kimbell Royalty Partners, LP (the Partnership), a leading owner of oil and natural gas mineral and royalty interests across twenty states, today announced that it has launched an underwritten initial public offering of 5,000,000 common units representing limited partner interests pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 previously filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The common units are expected to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "KRP."
