Summary Financial Information
For the quarter ended November 30, 2016, Saratoga Investment's assets under management ("AUM") was $277.6 million, an increase of 1.7% from $272.8 million as of August 31, 2016, and a decrease of 2.3% from $284.0 million as of February 29, 2016. These changes include $30.1 million in acquisitions this quarter, offset by further repayments of $23.8 million during the third fiscal quarter of 2017 following significant repayments last quarter.
