Williams Prices Public Offering of Common Stock

TULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) (Williams) today announced that it priced a public offering of 65 million shares of Williams common stock at $29.00 per share.

Williams also granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 9.75 million shares of common stock. The offering is expected to close on January 13, 2017, subject to customary closing conditions.
