WildHorse Resource Development Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
December 13, 2016 9:50 PM ESTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WildHorse Resource Development Corporation (NYSE: WRD) (the Company) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 27,500,000 shares of its common stock at $15.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on December 14, 2016 on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol "WRD." The Company has granted the underwriters of the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 4,125,000 shares of the Companys common stock at the initial public offering price. The offering is expected to close on December 19, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
