Hoegh LNG Partners (HMLP) Prices 6M Units Offering for Proceeds of ~$105.6M
December 2, 2016 6:12 AM ESTHöegh LNG Partners LP (NYSE: HMLP) announced that it has priced a public offering of 6,000,000 common units, representing limited partner interests in the Partnership, at a public offering price of $17.60 per unit. The offering was upsized to 6,000,000 common units from the original offering size of 5,500,000 common units. The Partnership has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 900,000 common units.
