VEREIT (NYSE: VER) reported Q3 AFFO of $0.20, $0.01 better than the analyst estimate of $0.19. Revenue for the quarter came in at $362.9 million versus the consensus estimate of $319.82 million.VEREIT reaffirmed FY2016 guidance.
