ConocoPhillips Reports Third-Quarter 2016 Results; Strong Operational Momentum and Improved 2016 Outlook
October 27, 2016 7:01 AM EDTHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- ConocoPhillips (NYSE: COP) today reported a third-quarter 2016 net loss of $1.0 billion, or ($0.84) per share, compared with a third-quarter 2015 net loss of $1.1 billion, or ($0.87) per share. Excluding special items, third-quarter 2016 adjusted earnings were a net loss of $0.8 billion, or ($0.66) per share, compared with a third-quarter 2015 adjusted net loss of $0.5 billion, or ($0.38) per share.
