Amerisafe (AMSF) Declares $3.25 Special Dividend; 6% Yield
October 26, 2016 5:02 PM EDTAmerisafe (NASDAQ: AMSF) declared a special dividend of $3.25 per share.
The dividend will be payable on December 29, 2016, to stockholders of record on December 15, 2016, with an ex-dividend date of December 13, 2016.
The annual yield on the dividend is 6 percent.
