iRhythm Technologies Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 20, 2016 12:01 AM EDTSAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 19, 2016 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- iRhythm Technologies, Inc., a leading digital health care solutions company focused on the advancement of cardiac care, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 6,294,118 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $17.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. In addition, iRhythm has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 944,117 shares of common stock at the same price solely to cover over-allotments, if any. The company's shares are expected to begin trading on NASDAQ on October 20, 2016 under the ticker symbol "IRTC."
