(URI) (Nasdaq: URRE) (ASX: URI), announced today that it has entered into an agreement to acquire certain placer mining claims comprising the Sal Rica lithium brine project from Mesa Exploration Corporation (Mesa Exploration) (TSX-V: MSA) (OTCPK: MSAJF).
