(NYSE: SQNS) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of American Depositary Shares (ADSs), representing 15,151,520 ordinary shares, at a price of $1.65 per ADS, in an underwritten public offering under an effective shelf registration statement (the Offering) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the SEC).
