PVH Corp. Reports 2016 Second Quarter EPS above Guidance and Raises Full Year EPS Guidance
August 24, 2016 4:15 PM EDTSecond quarter revenue increased 4% on a GAAP basis to $1.93 billion (increased 5% on a constant currency basis) compared to the prior year period. Second quarter EPS on a GAAP basis was $1.11 compared to $1.22 in the prior year period. Second quarter EPS on a non-GAAP basis was $1.47, which exceeded previous guidance of $1.25 to $1.30 and included a $0.46 per share negative impact compared to the prior year period related to foreign currency exchange rates.
