("GNL") (NYSE: GNL) announced that the independent directors serving upon the Board of Directors unanimously approved a definitive merger agreement to acquire all of the outstanding common stock of American Realty Capital Global Trust II, Inc. ("Global II") for approximately $247.0 million, payable in GNL common shares plus the assumption of certain debt.
