Novanta (NOVT) Tops Q2 EPS by 3c
August 2, 2016 4:39 PM EDTNovanta (NASDAQ: NOVT) reported Q2 EPS of $0.27, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.24. Revenue for the quarter came in at $97.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $95.5 million.

Novanta (NOVT) Appoints New CEO
August 2, 2016 4:39 PM EDTNovanta Inc. (NASDAQ: NOVT) announced that it has named Matthijs Glastra as Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Company, effective September 1, 2016. Mr. Glastra currently serves as Novanta's Chief Operating Officer, and will succeed John Roush as Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roush will continue to serve in an advisory role after September 1, 2016 for a limited transition period.
