Vonage Announces Strong Second Quarter 2016 Results, Driven by Vonage Business GAAP Revenues of $86 Million, a 75% Year-Over-Year Increase

Second Quarter Consolidated Financial Results
For the second quarter of 2016, Vonage reported revenues of $234 million, up from $222 million in the year ago quarter. GAAP Income from Operations was $5 million, down from $17 million in the prior year, primarily due to acquisition related costs.
