Ventas (VTR) Reports In-Line Q2 FFO
July 29, 2016 6:55 AM EDTVentas (NYSE: VTR) reported Q2 FFO of $1.04, in-line with the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $848.5 million versus the consensus estimate of $848.01 million.
GUIDANCE:
Ventas sees FY2016 FFO of $4.05-$4.13, versus the consensus of $4.15.
