CBOE Holdings Reports Strong Second-Quarter Results

CHICAGO, July 29, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today reported net income allocated to common stockholders of $50.7 million, or $0.62 per diluted share, for the second quarter of 2016, compared with $44.6 million, or $0.54 per diluted share, up 14 percent and 15 percent, respectively, over the second quarter of 2015.   Adjusted net income allocated to common stockholders was $48.7 million, or $0.60 per share, up 9 percent and 11 percent, respectively, over the second quarter of 2015.  Operating revenue for the quarter was $163.3 million, up 10 percent compared with $148.7 million in the second quarter of 2015.... CHICAGO, July 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) announced today that its Board of Directors declared an increased dividend of $0.25 per share for the third quarter of 2016, representing a 9 percent increase compared to the prior quarter's dividend of $0.23 per share.  The third-quarter dividend is payable on September 16, 2016, to stockholders of record as of September 2, 2016....
