Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend of $0.19 Per Share
OSHKOSH, Wis.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Oshkosh Corporation (NYSE: OSK) today reported fiscal 2016 third quarter net income of $84.2Â million, or $1.13Â per diluted share, compared to $89.9Â million, or $1.13Â per diluted share, in the third quarter of fiscal 2015.
