T. Rowe Price Group Reports Second Quarter 2016 Results
July 26, 2016 7:31 AM EDTBALTIMORE, July 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. (NASDAQ-GS: TROW) today reported its second quarter of 2016 results, including net revenues of $1.0 billion, net income of $195.3 million, and diluted earnings per common share of $.76. As previously disclosed, the second quarter of 2016 results include a nonrecurring operating charge of $166.2 million related to the firm's decision to compensate certain clients in regard to the Dell appraisal rights matter. This nonrecurring charge reduced net income in the second quarter of 2016 by $100.7 million, or $.39 in diluted earnings per common share.
