July 22, 2016 6:06 AM EDTStanley Black & Decker (NYSE: SWK) reported Q2 EPS of $1.84, $0.12 better than the analyst estimate of $1.72. Revenue for the quarter came in at $2.9 billion versus the consensus estimate of $2.91 billion.
CEO Transition:
Stanley Black & Decker also announced that Chairman and Chief Executive Officer John F. Lundgren, who will turn 65 in September, will retire as CEO after more than 12 years with the Company, effective July 31, 2016.
