BlueKnight Energy Partners (BKEP) Prices 10% Larger Equity Offering at $5.90/Common Unit

(Nasdaq: BKEP) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of common units representing limited partner interests of the Partnership at a public offering price of $5.90 per common unit. The size of the offering has been upsized from 3,000,000 common units to 3,300,000 common units. The offering is expected to close on or about July 26, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
