KeyCorp Receives Regulatory Approval For First Niagara Financial Group Merger

(NASDAQ: FNFG) ("First Niagara") announced today that KeyCorp has received regulatory approval from the Federal Reserve to complete the merger with First Niagara Financial Group.  Â
