Carmike Cinemas (NASDAQ: CKEC) holder Chris Mittleman said that today's Odeon deal shows AMC (NYSE: AMC) is undervaluing Carmike, according to Bloomberg, citing an emailed statement.
Mittleman thinks any offer under $40 per share is a "travesty of fairness."
