Intercept Pharma (ICPT) Prices Aggregate $400M Conv. Notes Offering
June 30, 2016 9:18 AM EDTIntercept Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICPT) announced the pricing of its previously announced underwritten public offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 3.25% convertible senior notes due 2023 (the notes). Intercept has granted the underwriters an option, exercisable for 30 days, to purchase up to an additional $60 million aggregate principal amount of notes on the same terms and conditions, solely to cover over-allotments. The offering is expected to close on or about July 6, 2016, subject to customary closing conditions.
