Eclipse Resources (ECR) Prices 37.5M Stock Offering at $3.50/Share

Eclipse Resources Corporation (NYSE: ECR) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of 37,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.50 per share. The Company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,625,000 shares of the Companys common stock. Eclipse Resources Corporation (NYSE: ECR) announced that it has commenced an underwritten public offering of 37,500,000 shares of its common stock. The Company expects to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 5,625,000 shares of the Companys common stock.
