Par Pacific (PARR) Prices $100M of Convertible Senior Notes
June 16, 2016 9:46 AM EDTPar Pacific Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: PARR) ("Par Pacific" or the "Company") today announced the pricing of $100 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% convertible senior notes due 2021 (the "notes"), in a private placement to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the "Act"). The Company has also granted the initial purchasers an option to purchase up to $15 million aggregate principal amount of additional notes.
