On Assignment Announces New $150 Million Stock Repurchase Program
June 13, 2016 8:30 AM EDTCALABASAS, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- On Assignment, Inc. (NYSE: ASGN) announced today that its Board of Directors approved a new stock repurchase program, under which the Company may repurchase up to $150 million of its common stock over the next two years. Under terms of the program, purchases can be made in the open market or under a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan. This program is effective immediately and supersedes the previous $100 million repurchase authorization ($98 million was remaining under the authorization).
