Tri-Continental Corporation Declares Second Quarter Distribution
June 10, 2016 11:00 AM EDTBOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Tri-Continental Corporation (the Corporation) (NYSE: TY) today declared a second quarter distribution of $0.2201 per share of Common Stock and $0.6250 per share of Preferred Stock. Dividends on Common Stock will be paid on June 28, 2016 to Common Stockholders of record on June 20, 2016 and dividends on Preferred Stock will be paid on July 1, 2016 to Preferred Stockholders of record on June 20, 2016. The ex-dividend date for both the Common Stock and the Preferred Stock is June 16, 2016. The $0.2201 per share dividend on the Common Stock is in accordance with the Corporations earned distribution policy.
