Atkore International Group Inc. Prices Initial Public Offering of Common Stock
June 9, 2016 6:58 PM EDTHARVEY, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atkore International Group Inc. (the Company) today announced the pricing of an initial public offering of 12,000,000 shares of common stock by selling stockholder CD&R Allied Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, at a public offering price of $16.00 per share. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares being sold in this offering. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on June 10, 2016 under the ticker symbol ATKR.
