Chicos FAS (NYSE: CHS) reported Q1 EPS of $0.25, $0.06 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $642.98 million versus the consensus estimate of $667.86 million.

(NYSE: CHS) of its intention to seek the election of directors to the Board of Directors of Chico's at the Company's 2016 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
