Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
May 25, 2016 6:48 PM EDTATLANTA--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Cotiviti Holdings, Inc. (Cotiviti or the Company), a leading payment accuracy provider, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 12,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of $19 per share. The Companys shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on May 26, 2016 under the ticker symbol COTV. In addition, the underwriters have been granted a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,875,000 shares at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.
