Energy Transfer Equity (ETE) Slips to Session Low
May 25, 2016 12:52 PM EDTEnergy Transfer Equity (NYSE: ETE) declined to session lows Wednesday, falling over 8% intraday. Earlier Williams (NYSE: WMB) announced that it scheduled a special meeting of stockholders for Williams stockholders to vote on the transaction with ETE. Form S-4 was also declared effective by the SEC.
