PhaseRx Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

(NASDAQ: PZRX), a biotechnology company focused on developing mRNA therapeutics to treat orphan liver diseases, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 3,700,000 shares of common stock at an initial public offering price of $5.00 per share for an aggregate offering of $18.5 million, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, PhaseRx has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 555,000 shares of common stock at the initial public offering price to cover over-allotments, if any....
