Western Refining Logistics (WNRL) Prices 3.75M Common Units Offering at $21.73/Unit
May 17, 2016 6:40 AM EDTWestern Refining Logistics, LP (NYSE: WNRL) announced the pricing of a registered underwritten public offering of 3,750,000 common units representing limited partner interests, at a public offering price of $21.73 per common unit. The total gross proceeds (before the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses) will be approximately $81 million.
