(the Company) today announced the pricing of an initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of common stock by selling stockholders CD&R Landscape Holdings, L.P., an affiliate of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, and Deere & Company, at a public offering price of $21.00 per share. The Company will not receive any proceeds from the sale of shares being sold in this offering.
