May 4, 2016 4:53 PM EDTZURICH, May 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Chubb Limited (NYSE: CB) today reported net income for the quarter ended March 31, 2016, of $0.97 per share, compared with $2.05 per share for the same quarter last year.(1) Operating income was $2.26 per share, compared with $2.25 per share for the same quarter last year. The property and casualty (P&C) combined ratio for the quarter was 90.0%. Book value per share increased 10.1%, reflecting the impact of The Chubb Corporation (Chubb Corp) acquisition, including the issuance of 137 million common shares totaling $15.2 billion and $323 million of equity awards related to the transaction.  Tangible book value per share...
