Vornado Announces First Quarter 2016 Financial Results
May 2, 2016 5:29 PM EDTNEW YORK, NY -- (Marketwired) -- 05/02/16 -- VORNADO REALTY TRUST (NYSE: VNO) filed its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 today and reported:
NET LOSS attributable to common shareholders for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 was $114.2 million, or $0.61 per diluted share, compared to net income attributable to common shareholders of $84.6 million, or $0.45 per diluted share, for the prior year's quarter. Net loss for the quarter ended March 31, 2016 includes $165.1 million, of which $160.7 million relates to the Skyline properties, of real estate impairment losses.
