For the first quarter of 2016, Normalized FFO, AFFO and net (loss) income attributable to common stockholders per diluted common share were $0.56, $0.53 and $(0.28), respectively, compared to $0.53, $0.52 (normalized) and $0.28, respectively, for the first quarter of 2015.
