Sterling Construction (STRL) Prices 4.5M Stock Offering at $4/Share
May 4, 2016 6:30 AM EDTSterling Construction Company, Inc. (Nasdaq: STRL) announced the pricing of its public offering of 4,500,000 shares of its common stock at $4.00 per share. Sterling has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
