BMO Capital 'Incrementally Positive' on Valeant (VRX) 10K, But Notes Important Changes in Fundamentals
April 29, 2016 11:23 AM EDTBMO Capital analyst Alex Arfaei weighed in Valeant Pharmaceuticals (NYSE: VRX) after the 10K. He said it was incrementally positive, although notes important change in fundamentals.
Arfaei commented, "Valeant is now in compliance of its debt agreements, and should avert technical default on its debt. As far as we can tell, the new restatement is related to 4Q15, and it is modest. 4Q15 revenue is now $21MM lower because of Addyi and Xifaxan adjustments, this brings non-GAAP EPS down from $2.50 to $2.40 under the...
