Erie Indemnity Reports First Quarter 2016 Results
April 28, 2016 4:28 PM EDTERIE, Pa., April 28, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Erie Indemnity Company (NASDAQ: ERIE) today announced financial results for the quarter ending March 31, 2016. Net income was $45.9 million, or $0.87 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2016, compared to $38.8 million, or $0.74 per diluted share, in the first quarter of 2015. The growth in the first quarter of 2016 was driven by increased net revenue from operations.
